Volvo launched the production of electric C30 Electric

The Swedish automaker has announced plans to build 250 copies of the C30 Electric within the next eighteen months, that is the end of 2012. In the future, the number of produced cars can be increased, but under the condition that they will be in demand among the population. Recall that Volvo plans to sell new electric vehicles in Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden. In addition, the Australian unit of Volvo also expressed interest in novelty.

According to the automaker, serial electrocar Volvo C30 Electric is able to charge from an ordinary home electrical outlet. To this end, in its grille built a special connector.
