Saab does not have enough money to pay

Swedish Automobile, formerly known as Spyker Cars, and partly owned by Russian businessman Vladimir Antonov, trying to attract short-term loans through the sale of assets of Swedish brand, and its subsequent leasing. According to company spokeswoman Gunilla Gustavs, Swedish Automobile continues to search for financial solutions, however, to talk about any specific timing is premature.

Recall that the problems with the payment have not only the employees of the automaker, but also the suppliers of components. Currently, Swedish Automobile is also trying to negotiate with their counterparts on future deliveries of components for production machines, which were temporarily suspended in May. However, the success of the negotiations is no certainty.

Also recall that in May an agreement with Saab major Chinese automotive retailer Pangda Automobile Trade. It is assumed that the Chinese will invest in the salvation of the Swedish brand of 100 million euros. Under the contract, Pangda buys Swedish brand car, paying cash in two tranches. The initial purchase of machinery will cost the Chinese to 30 million euros. These funds have already been sent to Saab. Subsequent delivery is estimated at 15 million euros, said at a press conference Victor Muller. In addition, the Chinese will get 24% stake in Spyker for 65 million euros.
