As of May 28 at the official site of the "E-Mobile" is decorated more than 132 thousand pre-orders. A large part of them, about 100 thousand, was adopted in the first week of receiving applications.
The first batch of cars will receive a traditional hybrid propulsion systems - with an electric motor and conventional internal combustion engine, not the rotor-blade, as it was originally promised. Moreover now solved the question of whether the innovation will receive a rotary power unit manufacturing perspective.
Recall that in early June, near St. Petersburg, the construction of the main plant, "E-car." Earlier it was reported that the production capacity of the first stage the company will make 45 000 bodies per year, of which in St. Petersburg will be 20 000 vehicles. Production of "E-Mobile" will be launched in September 2012. However, mass production will begin only in 2013.
It is easy to calculate that, at these facilities for 10 years should be released at least 450 000 "E-Mobile". This is almost four times greater than the amount received bids. What gives us confidence in the security business with orders for ten years, Mikhail Prokhorov has not explained.
