Khristenko said that Russia's program of recycling of automobiles, the first phase of which came to an end, has demonstrated high efficacy as a fiscal and economic.
"To date, the first phase of this pilot program is completed. All 600 thousand certificates were issued for utilization of the citizens, of which 484 thousand have already received their machines. Approximately 100 thousand undecided and contracted for new cars and another 16 thousand are determined choice ", - noted the Minister.
"We expect that by year's end all the processes associated with the program for recycling and receive cars, buy and completion payments to dealers, we will be incurred. And during this period will gradually enter into a normal, natural growth of the market and sustaining demand for it, "- said Khristenko.
