The BMW Group plans to release a new model 4-Series

The novelty will be three inches long (overall length of the "Quartet" of about 4.65 meters) and six inches below the BMW 3-Series. The car will receive frameless doors, exterior design in the style of the sixth series with some design elements, borrowed from the concept car Vision ConnectedDrive, as well as "kupeobraznuyu" body shape.

Besides the issue of 4-Series, BMW is also planning to expand the range of modifications of the model 6-Series by versions with the body "four-door coupe." As previously reported, this car will compete with the Audi A7 Sportback and the Mercedes-Benz CLS. Appearance of the car is designed as a concept car BMW Gran Coupe, which was first introduced in April last year at the Motor Show in Beijing.

Big "four-door coupe is scheduled to offer the same range of engines, the ordinary coupe and convertible BMW 6-Series. Now these cars are available with two petrol turbo capacity of 320 and 407 horsepower.
