Russian businessman Vladimir Antonov plans to acquire 29.9 percent stake in Dutch company Spyker |

In 2009, Vladimir Antonov, who was at that time, the main investor brand Spyker, launched an initiative to acquire Swedish brand Saab of concern General Motors. However, at the request of the American side, he was forced to sell its stake in "Spiker": GM Antonova suspected of ties to organized crime.
Antonov later appealed to an independent agency, which proved the complete legality of the business entrepreneur. After this, the businessman was able to take the place of Councillor Spyker company and Saab.
In March 2011 Antonov said that the company controlled by him, "Converse Group" for 32 million euro gain from the automaker Spyker Cars eligible for release supercars. These funds are going to send the Dutch to repay the loan, which they took to buy brand Saab.
