Mayor ordered to allocate for this purpose has 388 million rubles from the city budget. Thanks to the navigation system installed on machines belonging to law enforcement authorities, was uncovered recently 450 crimes.

"It should accelerate the introduction of this system for the remaining police cars and the creation of the automated working places", - said at a cabinet meeting Sobyanin capital. Implementation of the system should be completed before the end of this year. Earlier, authorities in Moscow said that before the year is planned to equip all of Moscow's GLONASS system buses. In the same period, it will equip and municipal engineering.

Also recall that recently the Russian Audit Chamber has reviewed the plan to deploy a navigation system GLONASS, and made their verdict: in 2011 the desired values ​​were achieved in 18 of 28 indicators of the effectiveness of implementation of the program. In fact, the program is running only two-thirds.
