The design of South Rokada allocated 150 million rubles

This was reported by the head of Long-Term Development District and the implementation of targeted programs of Moscow Alexey Ivanov. According to officials, these funds will make the trip from Balaklava to Kantemirovskaya Prospect Street over the railway Paveletsky direction. The total project cost amounted to 118 billion rubles.

The new site in South Rokada length of 6,5 km from Balaklava Avenue to Kashirsky highway will form a new transport scheme, improving traffic conditions in Southern Administrative District of Moscow due to the redistribution of traffic flows and the elimination of transit transport. The planned road will relieve the radial lines, in particular, and Kashirskoye Warsaw highway, as well as proletarian Ave.

The new road will be a continuation of Balaklava prospect and will be held at the border industrial zone Kotlyakovo, a natural complex of rivers in the region Chertanovki, residential development along the street Kantemirovskaya, the park Tsarina and join the street Borisov ponds. Highway will have on the three lanes in each direction with the expansion to four lanes near intersections.
