People with disabilities can apply for the property donated by the state auto

Representatives of the agencies made clear that the procedure for re-registration of vehicles - this is not the duty, and the legitimate right of the disabled. The corresponding order has been registered in the Ministry of Justice. The document applies to persons with disabilities, receive a free car in 2005-2009 through the federal budget.

Recall that according to the Government of the Russian Federation N 508 from July 12, 2010 "On the transfer of disabled persons in the ownership of cars," those who managed to get in line before 1 January 2005, the car was given. Now people with disabilities who received once by the authorities assistance in the form of Lada cars and Oka, will be able to issue machine in the property, and in the future to sell or donate.

Ministry of Health in the Ministry of Interior will give all the information issued by the disabled and veterans (one-off event in honor of 65 anniversary of Victory) cars within 60 days. After that, people with disabilities or their authorized representatives who wish to draw a car in the property should go to the registration department of GAI of the place of vehicle registration, write a statement and submit the documents provided by the Administrative Rules MIA on vehicle registration.
