Saab returns suppliers, Spyker and changed its name

Swedish car maker Saab said that he was able to conclude new agreements with certain former suppliers. The Swedes are hoping to return all of the former suppliers who collaborated previously, and to resume production of cars in full. As the director of production company Gunnar Brunius, Saab began negotiations with about 800 suppliers and some of them had already agreed to resume cooperation. Recall that the main objective of the company - to start production of cars by the end of next week.

Also recall that earlier Saab was able to negotiate with China's largest car dealer Pang Da Automobile Trade Co. Ltd. about the creation of two joint ventures in China on an equal basis - a dealer and manufacturing. The agreement also provides for the conditions of entering into capital Pang Da Spyker (owner of the brand Saab): Chinese company will acquire 24% stake in Swedish company for 65 million euros and will be entitled to propose a candidate for membership of the Supervisory Board of Spyker and the Board of Directors of Saab.

In addition, the Dutch company Spyker Cars will soon change its name to Swedish Automobile NV The official statement says the automaker that name change is required to sign a contract with a new Chinese partner.
