Fiat buys shares of Chrysler

The Italians finally agreed with the U.S. Government acquire the remaining of the American government 6% of Chrysler Group. After the deal Fiat will own a majority stake in Chrysler to 52%. Concern Fiat S.p.A. pay the U.S. government $ 500 million under the deal.

In addition, Fiat offered for the shares of Chrysler Canada $ 125 million dollars.
